I called, they remoted into my computer.  It took a few minutes find out that there was a general problem with the program.  He found out the details and corrected it immediately.  Love working with them and have been for several years.

They have expanded since I was there. They have a training facility now on how to use computers and software, like Word. They do commercial as well as residental business. There was a friendly guy at the front desk. I met a couple of technicians who like what they are doing. They seem to be gifted in that. I didn't take long. My computer was really slowing down, and they were able to do it while I was waiting.
