Reliable Air Heating & Cooling

There is something like a disconnect between my thermostat and new air conditioning unit. I think it's just a simple fix. They just need to come out and take care of. Otherwise they did a magnificent job. I'm a little in between for responsiveness. What I would tell my friends or family about this provider is. If I wanted to take my 10 year old car that doesn't have a warranty anymore to the dealership and have it fixed. And the top two providers of SCAC was in town. If you were looking for someone that's not on that level that doesn't work or not opened from 6:00AM to midnight 7 days a week and you are willing to work with there schedule like a normal business schedule. Then the quality of work did not suffer at all. It was just a matter of how fast you want it. Like I said it's like taking your 10 year old car to a dealership to be fixed. It doesn't make sense. You take it to a neighborhood mechanic. What I would tell friends and family is absolutely do not waste money on a more expensive provider because these guys are really good. They are professional. They are punctual. They showed up at seven and worked fine. Like I said. I'm just having an issue with my thermostat connecting to my air conditioner. Short of that, everything was perfect.

Patrick was he when he said he would be. He was very professional an serviced our heating and air system. He found a few issues which he pointed out and corrected after asking if we wanted the work done. He was very reasonable and fairly priced. We had call because there was a problem with our A/C. He didn't find anything major other than being a little law on freon but performed annual maintenance and clean both inside and outside units. 1 week later we had problems again. Patrick came that day, checked everything and we discovered the thermostat was having issues. He offered to change the thermostat but also mentioned it was an easy DIY project and would be cheaper if I felt comfortable doing it myself, which I did. He didn't charge us for the visit even though he was here for a good 1/2 hour.
