I called PSNC ENERGY for questions regarding my old hot water heater. The woman answering the phone was very polite and professional. She asked me if I wanted someone to come out and check it or replace the hot water heater.
I knew that it was old, so I opted to have the old one replaced.
She immediately connected me to and quot;Robertand quot; who was VERY respectful and receptive to my needs. He was out to my house in 30 minutes!
and quot;Robertand quot; gave me an honest quote and I even went for the upgrade to a 50 gallon tank from a 40 gallon tank because the price was really not that much more. He gave me a time when the workers were going to be out to do the job. (Within 2 days.)
The installers came on time and went straight to work. Both gentlemen, (Will and Robby) were professional and efficient. They worked diligently and never bothered the household as they worked. They cleaned up any debris, took the old tank with them and explained how the tank worked in full detail including warranties and how to contact the company for help if I needed them.
The complete job only took 2 hours!
I can't speak highly enough of this company! The estimate was a THIRD of the cost of most plumbing companies that I had checked with previously! I wasn't pressured to buy anything extra or upgrades and the whole process was simply wonderful!

It turned out great! We found that our hot water was leaking first thing in the morning. They came out the same day and brought the repair man, sales person, and installer all out in the same day. It was impressive! Because we used a tank-less hot water heater, there were rebates with the cost as well.

It turned out very well.
