I went out and ordered the piece, they were very helpful.  I went on site, everything seemed to be good.  They said that I will have it in three days.  It took a month and I basically called and asked if it was done but it was clearly had not taken care of it.  They said it will be done in couple of days so I can pick it up on Saturday so I said fine.  I went to pick it up and it wasn't done.  I said can I see it so they showed it to me in the shop and it was partly done.  I said that it looks like they rounded the two corners but not the other two corners; and they are supposed to cut a hole in the middle but they haven't cut a hole in the middle.  So they said they will get it fixed.  It took like another week or two then they said it was finished.  My wife went to pick it up but the two corners where not rounded the hole in the middle wasn't cut.  Even if I specifically asked them when I called them again, "Did you do these things?" they said "Yes, it's now ready."  It wasn't a pleasant experience.  My wife ended up waiting for an hour and finished it for her.  They seemed to be disorganized.  However, it was exactly what I wanted it and I negotiated the price discount.  The person that I was negotiating with wasn't nice about it but in the end it was reasonable.  It worked out fine but it took a lot of effort on my part to finish it up.
