Precision Tune Auto Care

They've always been 4 out of 5 stars. They've always been very responsive. You can drop your car off over night and pick it up the next day. They were very helpful with this last service. They're one of our top places to take our car. We've used them extensively over the last 5 years.

We've never had a problem in the 10 years we've used them. It's difficult to find someone you trust, who won't load you down with a bunch of extra charges that don't need to be done. I can trust them to not find extra work that doesn't need to be done.

I was price shopping for tires and I called Precision Tune on concord parkway and spoke with Damon who is the manager there. He was very helpful. I asked him if he could beat the price I had been given from another place and he said no problem. I'm the type of person who shops around and makes sure I'm getting the best deal I can and even after numerous calls and conversations with Damon about the tires he was very nice and reassured me he would give me the best deal. I went in to get the tires and everything went very smoothly. He stuck to the prices we had discussed on phone and the service was great. I'm very happy I decided to use them for my tires and will continue to in the future.
