The owner is terrible. We pointed out some areas that we thought needed extra attention. He did not want to hear it. When we told him where we had ants he got upset and quit. Unbelievable! Have never had anyone act so immature and so unprofessional.

It rained right after he sprayed and he said he would come back. I was leaving for vacation the next day. It was a few weeks before he could come back.he thought he had sprayed second and third floor, but had not.

They were very effective for about 6 or 8 months. They were supposed to treat our home every 90 days. Typically, I would have to call them to get on the schedule. The last time I called, they had us on the schedule twice for a specific date and time. They called me and wanted to change the appointment. I was okay with re-scheduling. On the third time they were scheduled to come, they arrived 1 hour and forty minutes late. They don't seem to be aware that MY time is valuable.

I have not used him for a year. Michael Jordan is the owner. If I need him, he comes back within a day or two. I like his ability and thoroughness. He is easy to work with and he is just very nice. I do not have a contract with him.
