Pest Specialist Inc

I recently used Pest Specialist Inc for a termite inspection and treatment for a house I was closing on. Not only were they punctual, but they went above and beyond to get everything completed to avoid closing being delayed. Within 24 hours, the inspection was complete, I had a quote in hand for treatment, and they were able to complete the termite treatment. They were quick to respond to any question I had and truly saved the day for me. They will be my go to for any future termite inspections and treatment. I can not recommend them enough!

Tim explained the services he offered and answered all of the questions I had. He was very prompt in scheduling the work and arrived at the agreed date/time. He sprayed for insects and put mouse traps/bait in the crawlspace. I was very pleased with his knowledge, demeanor, and professionalism.

The technician was right on time, was friendly and polite, and did the job in a short time. One month has gone by and no bugs so far.

The technician arrived on time, was very friendly and professional, and completed the spraying.  I have definitely seen a reduction in  the amount of insects that have entered my home. He also explained they would be available to do additional spraying on a regular basis for the remainder of the year at the same reduced price I have paid.  I was happy with all of his services and would use again.

Excellent from start to finish.   Took the time to explain what he was doing and why and was very pleasant and professional.  We have requested additional services from them - that should indicate how pleased we are with Pest Specialist.  Also very reasonably priced.
We are looking forward to a continued relationship with Pest Specialist.

They did it while I was gone.  They came out right away-- very prompt and professional.  They left a note on the door when they were done and I would use them again if I had the need.

We purchased the big deal.  He was very helpful.  He did what was agreed upon when he came and made other additional suggestions that we could do.  There was no pressure.

It went well. He was a little late for the appointment but explained what he was going to do and got the job done.

Trey was very friendly and professional and explained the entire process of the treatment before he began. He also mentioned that it would be safe for my dog and me, which was appreciated. He was fast and efficient and was able to get the whole house done quickly!
Afterward, he gave me some great information about potential trouble spots around the house and what to look out for in the future. Since I just moved in a few months ago, all of this was extremely helpful. He and Mr. Horton are just a two man local business, so it was nice to not be pressured into signing a contract for regular service, but to be assured that they would be following up in a few months to see if I was having any issues or would like to continue with the preventative treatments. Will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others!

Our house is on a slab so he sprayed around the outside of the house, he sprayed the gables and then sprayed around the inside of the house. He also spread some ant killer that he said was the "meat ans potatoes". Those ant immediately began to carry off that ant killer. I mean it just hit the ground and they started carrying it off. The next day there were no more ants. He did a very thorough job, taking time to examine trouble spots, and he explained why we were seeing certain bugs this year with all of the rain we've had. When he treated our house, he had a large tank and a power pump and sprayer. A day or so later our neighbors had someone out to treat their house. I noticed that the guy only had a hand sprayer. So I it seems like we got a much more thorough job. We've not had spiders, or bugs since.

They treated the front and back yard for fire ants. He showed up at the sceduled time and walked the yard. He then told me a time that he could come out and do the  job. Another guy came at the scheduled time and he did a great job. So far everything that he has done has been working.

I like him. He is in business for himself. He is very thorough, and he gives you personal attention. When I had a problem with ants he came right out, and took care of it. He comes when he says he is going to. He always leaves a report as to the status of the termite traps. He’s been available when I needed him for ants. He is very motivated to satisfy what you need so he can grow his business. His rates are very reasonable. He charges enough to make a profit, but does not overcharge.
