Amazing work! Both are long staircase and bedroom were carpeted which I wanted removed. On Point Flooring did an expert job and we couldnâ t be more pleased. Their pricing was competitive and they hauled everything away and cleaned up afterward. We are so pleased we are considering finishing the rest of our home in hardwood. I was concerned that the floors wouldnâ t match the other hardwoods but it was a perfect match. They are perfectionists !

Floor finishing and refinish was excellent. Dust in upper floor was not expected don't believe poly film was used in stairway to isolate upper level. Had a mix-up in scheduling cleaning service so had to clean all affected areas. Did receive a credit for the cleaning charge. We did not stay in town during the process. Took Four days total. Overall would recommend to anyone.

On Point completed on time in 6 days, a few little problems but overall a good job

On Point Flooring did a fantastic job of refinishing our hardwood floors. They started the work on time and completed things on schedule. The floors had 13 years of wear on them and they now look awesome. Their crew is very experienced and meticulous about their work. They cleaned up nicely after the job was done and the dust in our house was pretty minimal considering the project size. Their price is very competitive and I would definitely use them again.

The men that arrived to install our new wood floors were very efficient and made sure we knew of any problems that came up and gave us options for solutions. After installation was complete Jesse called to make sure everything was satisfactory. There was a lot of dust over the entire house but this goes along with installation of hardwoods. I will eventually get it all clean.

We had our hardwood floors refinished in two stages. The back half was done in Sept. and the front half in Nov. Jesse made sure we had the same workers both times. When the workers arrived, they got right to work. They removed all the garbage when they were finished. I have never seen someone who could install floor trim so quickly. I expected him to be in the house half the day and he left after a little over an hour. The trim looked fantastic. I gave a 4.5 instead of a 5 on work quality because there were a few spots where the stain got on my white painted baseboards. They didn't clean it up when it was so noticeable -- the trim didn't cover it up. I fixed it after we could walk on the floors (very easy to do). I didn't tell Jesse about the stain on the baseboards or I am sure he would have sent someone to fix it. The floors look so pretty. I would definitely hire On Point Flooring again.

On Point Flooring did very good work, with floors that were damaged by another contractor.

Although we did not ultimately have our floors done by On Point, they made things right when they had made a mistake. We really appreciate their working with us.
