In the beginning, it was fine. The price quoted for trees was in my budget. All seemed well. I asked him if he could do the grinding of the stumps. He said yes. The price would be 300.00. I asked if that included the removal of the remainder of what the stumps provided. He said yes. I was put on his schedule to do but they showed up and I didn't know till my neighbor told me. I talked to Mike and asked if they could goodwill the additional money needed of 500.00 as he knew my budget was tight. He ranked with his partner and they said no. So my backyard looks like a war happened. So if I'm such a valued customer he said. Why wouldn't you goodwill that for one???

Omega did a fantastic job. They removed the tree, which was behind a yard shed, with no damage to the shed or my backyard fence. They expertly removed the limbs off of two trees and took away a large pile of brush I had accumulated. They cleaned up the mess well. I highly recommend this company!

If you are in need of large tree removal at a fair price Omega Tree Service would be an outstanding choice. I had 5 100 foot trees in close proximity to my & my neighbor’s home. The Omega team of 9 tree professionals with 4 large trucks and specialized vehicles & equipment arrived & removed the trees in short order. I was concerned about property damage in this tight space but none occurred. The crew chief, Mike Teal, is an arborist & quite knowledgeable concerning trees & other plant growth in our area. He was able to answer all my questions concerning potential future projects. Omega Tree Service is properly insured. When the time comes my clear choice of service provider will be Omega Tree Service.

They were fast and did a great job. They cleaned up everything. I was very impressed. The men I dealt with were very nice and friendly. I will definitely call them again if I have need of that kind of service.

I am beyond grateful for Omega Tree service. I called them to set up an appointment to come out and do an estimate. When I explained my situation, they said it sounded like an emergency and came right out. The tree had to come down right away because it was on the verge of falling on my house. After meeting with me, they came out the following morning and took care of it. Omega Tree service was fast, compassionate, professional, and did a great job taking the tree down and cleaning up once finished. I will definitely use them for all my future tree service needs, and recommend them to anyone who’s looking.

Fair quotes, crew knocked out 5 trees in a few hours, cleaned everything up and even cleared a brush pile without me even asking. Would definitely hire again.

Omega tree service did an outstanding job in removing trees ,stumps and cleanup.They were continuously working completing the tree removal ,trimming in 1 day ,coming back and removing stumps in a few hours following removal. The entire crew from owners to workers were respectful of property and let's and owners of residence.

Omega did a superior job. I was super impressed with their employees, their care for our property and how well they cleaned up everything. When they left, you would never know a treat was even there, except for the ground up wood chips from the stump.

I am very pleased. After submitting the job on Angie's list this Saturday morning, I got a call within the hour. As luck would have it, Omega does stump grinding on Saturdays. We agreed on a fair price and within 2 hours, the guys were here. Jonathan quickly ground down the stumps. They took great care to clean up and left. Thank you!

very well given the amount of labor involved

If your looking for a fair price and a team of excellent people, this is your team that you need to hire! I did my research and had them come by and quote and the price was fair and servers were beyond my exceptions. The big tree that I needed to have removed were between two houses and they did everything as safe and professional as promised. I would def hire again for further jobs.

Phillip and David were very professional and punctual. They performed the work at a fair price and finished quickly. The yard was clean and they were very careful to move and replace a fence in order to access the back yard. I would definitely rehire them and recommend them.

These guys are the BEST. I USED TP BE A PROPERT T T These are the BEST of several I've used in the Charlotte area! They did everything,and more, than they represented in the sales portion. Their crew is professional,each knows and does their job without Instruction. 7 guys arrived on Schedule and took down 8 trees and trimmed others in 3 hours. The place looked looked liked they were never there! Wow.

David (owner) and Phillip (sales/estimates) both were involved in estimating the job. Both were very professional and gave me confidence that the job would be done to my satisfaction. Even though I hated spending the money on these dreadful trees. It was money well spent. I will need more tree work done when I "recover" from this job. Omega will be the company I call!!

They were the BEST. Very professional and did a SUPER job. Cleaned up afterwards. My crepe myrtles were out of hand and they trimmed them with out doing "crepe murder." Highly recommend.
