it was completed ahead of schedule. i made some changes during construction and that was never a problem for mark. his crew was very good and kept the area clean during the construction. showed up on time, ect.

MDP does an excellent job. They were always there when they said they would be there and the work was done in a timely manner. Mark, the owner, pays attention to detail and repairs things as if it were his own home. We had gotten several quotes for the initial repairs of our home. We felt that MDP was honest with us and that we could trust that the work would be done right the first time. We were not wrong. We have referred MDP to many of our friends and neighbors. We truly appreciate Mark's honesty and knowledge when it comes to taking care of our home. Additionally, MDP has referred us to several reputable people to do work that they could not do - bathroom tiling and interior and exterior house painting. He always followed up with these providers to make sure that they did what they said they would do. I would highly recommend MDP.

Mark Personius has the ability to give people vision to a project and helped us to decide what we were looking for and what the cost would be. There were times when things would change on the construction and Mark was there to explain what needed to be done and why. For example, when the old deck was removed the was a moisture problem under the siding which needed to be dealt with, the siding had to be removed, the moisture problem addressed and new siding and trim was replaced. We liked the fact that Mark was there in the morning 30 minutes before his workers and was here every night when I got home from work. Mark also installed a new set of double doors which opened to the screened in porch. We also had Mark build us a deck adjacent to the porch for grilling and entertaining. This was not a small project and it was handled professionally by Mark and his workers. If a person needs help or vision for a construction project I highly recommend giving Mark Personius a call.

Mark was awesome from the start. I had no clue where to start the process but Mark sure did! He showed up 15 minutes early and was already measuring for footings before I walked outside. He introduced himself and we went through what I thought I wanted. Mark listened to all my thoughts and I really felt he wanted to give me what I wanted...not just profit off me. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the process in terms we could follow. He had lots of pictures and samples which made it much easier for my wife and I to decide on flooring, tile, cabinets, granite...etc. The meeting lasted about 45 minutes and by the end of the day, Mark's quote was in my inbox...the other three quote took over two weeks to be received. Mark's prices were right in line with all other quotes. We decided to go with Mark for character. He just seems to put you at ease with his experience. He put a 5 weeks time line to complete the project and actually came in at 4 weeks. Every sub contractor he put on the job were top notch. The Electrical was handled by Amped Electrical, HVAC was Air Right Heating and Cooling...I mention these two only because they were over the top with quality. The entire project came better than we could ever hope. Mark I really can't say enough about the job you did for us but we so appreciate the quality and the dedication you put in to your work.
