The mattress/bed was great and the company was supposed to come out to install the headboard with the bed when they came out the tech did not have any told for the job and said the headboard was wrong on the first visit, after 12 visits all things happened and the headboard was still not installed and mattress firm and the installation company came out and they said they need a new headboard along with a complete new set of hardware. After all of this I finally said forget about it. From all of this mattress firm is having a meeting with the installation company as well as I requested a meeting with the company too have a word about my experience as a whole. Mattress Firm has been great but within 12 tries they were unable to get it attached and I myself was able to do it within 20/30 mins on my own.

Nick Gonzalez, the manager at the Concord store was very informative, well spoken and had a professional appearance. He spent all the time that we needed during two sales visits to the store. It was clear that Nick was totally committed to the satisfaction and our sleeping comfort without a hard sell approach. We did not have to mention the current sales promotion prices because Nick was ready to provide all the discount information that applied. I would be confident to recommend Nick and the Mattress Firm in Concord Mills to answer all your mattress needs.
