They are a small, small builder and they have gone above and beyond. We showed them our building plans and they got everything started. They gave us a full report of the framing costs, the takeoffs, masonry and electrical work. It only took 1 1/2 weeks to get the information. Then they sat down with us and went over everything and then they worked with us to make adjustments to fit our budget. Then we decided to go with a different plan and they did the work again. Then we decided to change it one last time and they are working on getting the new bids. I haven't had to hustle to get bids. I haven't had to try to find things. It is a very carefree environment with them. They are truly turnkey. My Mom and I were driving and saw them building a home. I really liked it and I asked if they were part of MAREE. He said he was and we got a chance to look at what they were doing. He was actively on site making sure that everything was up to par. I thought that's what we needed so we sat down with him. His name is Wayne Barker and his partner is Brian Miller. They are project managers and builders. They do some of the carpentry work. We were just blown away at their consistency. They call on time and arrive on time. We really appreciate all the work they have given and they let us in like family, so we will probably sign the contract. They call to see exactly what I want and he is going to build the house that I want. I really feel confident. They have not charged us anything so far. They are very professional; probably the best I've seen. I consider what they have done so far as work. I would refer them to anyone.
