Window Service
The salesman (Tim) was very professional and timely. He came to our house and measured the windows we needed replaced and explained the various models we were interested in. There was no pressure very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We wanted a specific installer because he had installed our new doors on our home previously and did an outstanding job. We were very specific about this requirement before we made the purchase. When the windows were ordered we were told it would take about 2 weeks however, the windows arrived earlier and the person we had requested to install the windows arrived and did an outstanding job. We will use Lowe's again in the future when we purchase additional replacement windows.

I purchase my appliances from Lowe's. If you buy them early enough in the day, they can deliver on the same day. The prices are good. They can pull up a screen and show you what everybody else is charging. They are very convenient and have great professionalism. They know their products and will help you. They deliver quickly and the guy helps you to set it up so everything is good.

Window Service
Everything went wrong. They ordered the wrong windows, gave us the wrong price and then forgot to re-order the right windows. It took 2 1/2 months to get the right windows when it should of only took 2-3 weeks. When they came back to install them, they installed the wrong windows, again. There was also supposed to be a rebate for purchasing the windows, which we never got. Overall, it was a mess.
