They come when they say they are going to come! It went fine until we got to the ground bees that lived underneath the scrap lumber! The guys stopped working and said they would come back when I got rid of the bees. They did. Seemed a little expensive for two hours of work, but they didn't charge for the second trip.

The Junk Doctor did a fantastic job. They carried all the drywall downstairs and out to their truck. Cleaned up after themselves. I will use them again when the need arises.
