Jeff's handyman service

I was going to use my current (old, but I THOUGHT it was still fine) faucet, and he was OK with re-installing my old faucet. But when he disconnected it, we discovered it was in pretty bad shape. Clearly it had leaked at one of the connections within the faucet, because it was rusted almost completely together. He suggested a new faucet, and I appreciate him taking the time to explain all the ramifications of just re-installing the old faucet. I would rather incur the expense of the new faucet at this time, rather than the possibility of having a leak develop at a later time and having it ruin hardwood flooring, cabinets, etc. Really appreciated him taking the time to explain all this!  He also suggested that I replace most of the "plastic pipes" under the sink, which we did, since there had been a leak at some of those connections in the past, too.(These were clearly visible to me prior to starting this project.)
I'm certain that this job took Jeff a lot longer than he anticipated.....it took a long time to get the old faucet apart, due to the rust issue. I had to get another faucet he next day, so it meant he had to come back....on a Friday afternoon, after I returned from work. He did it willingly (I know he had more fun things to do on a Friday evening), but he insisted he get it done then so I would have a working sink for the weekend. I really appreciate his work-ethic!
He didn't charge me extra for the return trip, for which I was grateful. He completely and thoroughly cleaned up after himself both days. He even took the old faucet, so it didn't have to be placed in my household trash, which I also appreciated. 
He called me a few days later to make sure that I was satisfied with the install.
My new black cast-iron sink and faucet are working wonderfully and look beautiful. If I'm ever in need of getting another "handyman" project done, I will definitely call Jeff and Brad. I highly recommend them!
