From the initial site inspection thru the final detail work, Rusty and David presented themselves and their company in a professional and courteous manner. The moment I met these individuals I knew that this was the company I would have build my building. The company builds quality homes and as I found, also quality storage buildings. When going over what requirements I wanted, they made suggestions to improve the quality that were incorporated in the building design that I would never have thought of. The flooring in the building was going to be just 1/2" chip board so I could get out cheaper but they recomended a flooring that was guaranteed for 50 years that actually didn't cost much more than the stuff I had thought of. I had also obtained building plans from another builder and was going to use those, but Integrity added so many features to these plans to improve the quality to the extent that the final building was of their design. For instance, they doubled up the boards that go around the perimeter of the building that the floor joist are connected to because they wanted the building to have a strong foundation and didn't agree with those original plans. They added extras like putting 2 x 10 floor joist on the 2nd story every 12 inches instead of sixteen inches like the code allows and did the same on the 1st floor. Metal hangers were used to connect the floor joists along with toe nailing the boards to insure a tight floor. They used twenty five year shingles on top of tar paper on the roof. Treated wood was used on the floor along with all of the trim pieces. Plastic maintenance free shutters were installed around each window. Where the steep roof line came down on each side of the building, they installed special angle boards to turn the bottom edge out and leave a unique finished appearance that looks great. Their attention to detail even shows up in the seven foot wide treated wood ramp that they built at the double door entrancr to the building. The ramp could have been build with a straight top from the ground level up to the building but they actually made the ramp with a curve so my lawnmower wouldn't bottom out when entering the building. Lattice work was installed around the perimeter of the building for that final finished look. I would HIGHLY recommend this builder to anyone- call me for references
