The company did return my call in a timely fashion and made a visit to my home within a couple days. They and their technicians are indeed located in the area, which is important to me. They were willing to write a 1 year contract which was important to me since I do not like to be bound by multiple years, especially when I was not sure of the type of service. The salesman was prompt and courteous. I will have to say that I think I knew almost as much about some of the paperwork and system as he did. I could tell that he was fairly new to the job and the industry. The men who came out a week later to program the system were very courteous and knew their business. Thus far I am pleased as I always prefer to be communicating and working with people who are located in the area rather than in some other state as was what happened to our previous company. The previous company was sold to a national conglomerate and it was harder to get service in a timely fashion when needed.

Experience was great. They came on time and did exactly what they said they would do. In fact the did more than they needed to. The broken sensor repair required an additional service call to my house and they didn't charge me for the second repair visit and replaced the sensor without charge.
