EXCELLENT WORK. Tony Garwood approached us after a hailstorm. He is very professional and knowledable about what work needed to be done, showing us pictures after he inspected the roof and gutters. He kept us in the loop the entire way and worked with our insurance company. The crews worked very hard and cleaned up exceptionally. Tony checked in on the crews daily and at the end of the job took pictures for our file. We will use Tony again for our daughters' home this summer. THANKS!!

I hired Ibarra Moon to fix a roof leak in a tough spot in my roof (the roof was not originally installed by Ibarra Moon but, instead, by the original builder). Ibarra Moon was very prompt and accurate in their communication with me. And performed an excellent and quick repair. I was especially pleased with the Supervisor sent to evaluate the repair. He was very thorough and very forthcoming with the extent of the repairs necessary. I would recommend Ibarra Moon without hesitation -- and would certainly welcome them to perform the next job on my home.

The team at Ibarra Moon is amazing. Tony was the perfect contact for me. I had lots of questions because I had never had to replace a roof before, nor had I ever filed a homeowner's policy claim. Ibarra Moon walked me through the entire process and they did it with a smile and a handshake. The day of the installation went very smoothly. It was only one day. In fact, they were done before 4 PM. There was no mess and it was as if nobody had been to my house. Everything was perfect. Then Hannah sent my certificate of completion right away to my insurance company after the work was complete. I cannot say enough good about this company. I will be telling everybody I know about Ibarra Moon!

If I could rate them higher than 5, I would. Tony was more helpful than expected, getting us through our insurance claim and everything else that came up. They were in and out in 1 day and clean up was incredible. I think I found one nail and that was situated in a place where I found it by mistake. If I did not look up at the roof, I would not have known they were there. The roof itself is flawless!!!

Very pleased with the company , Tony my main contact and contractor was very professional and personable . Tony was there every step of the way and was the deciding factor I chose Ibarra Moon Contractors.I was so Impressed with the crew of installers,thanks Louise and crew.They started the job at 7:30am and were finished at 3:00pm which included tear off,Tar paper,new drip edging and Shingles and clean up.The even trimmed several good size tree limbs that were overhanging my roof.They were all about getting the job done and even eat lunch on the job .Thanks again MikeP

Hands down, this is the BEST group of people to do your roof!!! From start to finish, these guys are some of the fastest and hardest working people Iâ ve ever seen! Our roof was replaced on 2/1/2020. They did an amazing job!!! As a matter of fact, they went above and beyond their job! They fixed our gutter on the back of our garage, they reattached it for us. They also cleaned our gutters out by hand, which we would never have expected them to do! They were very kind and polite when my husband spoke with them, and they even offered to share some of their lunch with my husband, as he was running errands for me because our daughter was really sick. Our house was built in the late 90â s and our house looks like brand new! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this COMPANY!!! Hey, when itâ s time to replace our gutters...I know exactly who to call!!! IBARRA MOON!!!! Spectacular job guys!!! I canâ t say it enough!!! You rock!!!

Kevin and Chris are the best. I really trust this company to do what's needed. Everthing was done quickly and they cleaned up great. They also replaced all gutters with leaf guard. The price was really great. Couldn't be happier.

Chris Wall is an Awesome Representative for Ibarra Moon. He is prompt ,courteous and kind. He solved the issue with my chimney/roof. I will be letting all of my friends and family know who to call when they need help.

They responded promptly. Chris Wall was first rate in first contact, follow-up and coordination. Between scheduling and work, a tornado caused damage in the area, greatly increasing their work load. Despite this, my job was done to my total satisfaction with respect to timing and quality. Would definitely recommend.

Chris Wall (IbarraMoon's first rate representative here in Greensboro) called within an hour of contact on HomeAdvisor (on a Sunday, no less) about an emergency leak on our roof. He came Monday afternoon and did the repair within an hour, explaining the problem and making photos of before and after work. This is how a company should be run........ dependable and professional in all respects.
