Within minutes after I received the recommended providers I received a call from Chris Wall with Ibarra Moon. After hearing the description of the issue he diagnosed the most likely issue and it potentially being a quick fix. He agreed to check it out the very next day and explained the options. It looked a like a quick fix could indeed be an option as opposed to a larger project removing/replacing shingles/siding would be an expensive proposition with the height of the house and steep roof. So we decided on the quick fix and if it did not have the desired results still go for the full job. Chris came back after the weather dried out to perform the fix himself.. He was great to work work with, very honest and generous as well. I highly recommend his services.
