Harold Johnson did a great job.  I got several quotes and they were close to the best.  Jason is also a very trustworthy person and felt like he and his team did a great job.  They did not make any mess and carpets were clean when they left.  Everything passed inspection and the AC is working great.  I would recommend them strongly to anyone looking for HVAC work.

We only used them once. It went good.

Problem fixed. Charge system with freon or whatever it is these days. My issue is still ongoing due to a leak they found in the compressor. They quoted a price to replace the compressor and whole unit with a brand they represent with a 10-year warrantee. I am writing this review because they absolutely do not deserve a C rating. We have lived in out NIBLOCK home now for ten years. We bought the home, new. They originally installed the unit, and they have faithfully services it over the years at our bequest. They are not a C company. They are solid, trust-worthy and dependable. The are professional and extremely curtious. They have always been polite and patient every call and on every visit. They are good folks. My antennas are always up for these things especially when a major decision is involved.

We are getting other quotes on replacing our unit from other AL vendors representing other carriers, but not due to any lack of trust of Harold Johnson. Replacement is a major expense and we are trying to be wise with Gods money. Check them out. You will not be disappointed. They are A in my book.

They were very responsive from the beginning. They gave me a quote quickly and worked with me on my options. They arrived on time and completed the work quickly. They did very good quality work and most importantly they worked clean. There was one small issue and that was with the condensate discharge line. They failed to notice during the estimating process that there would be a pump required since the furnace is slightly below grade. We worked the isue out and they agreed to cover the cost to install since they did not properly estimate. In my opinion this makes them a step above other organizations. First class organization!
