Great. It didn't take long. Also, after the installation, we discovered that our blinkers weren't working correctly because of what we had done when trying to do this ourselves. We went back and they fixed our mistake for free. Very nice.

My specific complaint was poor radio reception on two favorite stations that are not local. Mr. Robert Yates checked my AM reception which was fine and advised me that it was not the antenna. My tuner was 9 years old and had seen a lot of use, so he advised installing a new tuner. I decided to upgrade to high definition, since I intend to keep the car for at least another 5 years. Unfortunately, the first new tuner really did not address the original issue of the two favored stations with poor reception. Mr. Yates offered to switch the tuner out for a different manufacturer, which did help a little bit. In the interim he had been listening to those stations on the radio in the store, and he reported that even with stationary equipment there was static (I didn't ask him to do this BTW). Although I wasn't overall that happy to spend $500 to go from bad reception to less bad reception (ie not much treatment for the original complaint), Mr. Yates had been so patient and amenable that I decided to keep the new equipment (and wait for another local tower, or something). He also sat in the car with me and got everything programmed (time, equalizer, speaker type, yada yada) and explained how the tuner operated and how HD2 is different from HD1, etc. He also removed the CD changer from the trunk at no charge.
