Furniture - Sales
(con't from above) ask for a new pillow. We were informed that we must send them pictures of the pillow, along with receipt, etc. We did. After almost a month with no response, we called KY. They then told us that we would have to send the original pillow back- at our expense ($15.00 UPS). We did...Two weeks later, we received another pillow, and I'm sorry to say, it was in worse shape than the first one. You'd think a company that produces such expensive items would want to show more consideration to their customers. They lost any future purchases from us!!!
