 + -1 more(con't from above) ask for a new pillow. We were informed that we must send them pictures of the pillow, along with receipt, etc. We did. After almost a month with no response, we called KY. They then told us that we would have to send the original pillow back- at our expense ($15.00 UPS). We did...Two weeks later, we received another pillow, and I'm sorry to say, it was in worse shape than the first one. You'd think a company that produces such expensive items would want to show more consideration to their customers. They lost any future purchases from us!!!
Description of Work: After a lot of research into various kinds of mattresses which claim to help back problems and better sleep, we purchased a Tempur-pedic queen size mattress with 2 pillows, frame, and mattress cover from Factory Mattress of Concord. The price included delivery and set up. The salesman (Bob Fumento) gave a good pitch emphazing the quality, warranty, etc. of the product assuring us that if we didn't like it for any reason, we could return it within 30 days. After about a week of sleeping on the bed, I became aware that my pillow (made of same material as the mattress) had become lumpy and would not "puff" back up within several seconds as promised. We called the store and the salesman was very curt and not the least bit helpful. He said that we'd have to deal strictly with the manufactoring company in Lexington, KY. He also claimed to have shredded all our paper work and had no records of our purchase! We called the warranty dept in KY to
