I?ve known his family for many years and they are excellent plumbers. When the person came to fix the water heater, the valve that was shipped from the company had not yet reached me. It was a coincidence that while he had just finished replacing it, the person from UPS delivered the new valve. I asked him if he would take some money off since the replacement valve had arrived, but he didn?t agree to that. He was here for about half an hour and charged me $700.

IT WAS FINE, BUT EXPENSIVE. OUR INSURANCE PAID FOR MOST OF IT. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

CAME OUT TO FIX A PROBLEM UNDER THE SINK, TOOK THE DOOR OFF ITS HINGE TO GET IN, BUT DIDN'T REPLACE IT.
