I got 4 different bids for this job. After speaking with each person and getting the details, David's bid wasn't the cheapest but it wasn't the most expensive either. And, he came in under his bid, even after adding sealing the deck to the job. David kept me informed of the progress and of any issues he uncovered in the work. I would highly recommend David and his crew to anyone.
