 + 5 moreArrived at our agreed appointment time ahead of schedule and finished all the items we had listed on our punchlist ahead of schedule. When everything was said and done the service he provided that I was most pleased with was his touch up work or trim work (painting) inside the unit. Instead of a painter the man should be called an artist!!! I've never seen anyone perform trim work that was this neat or precise! I have recommended him to several of my co-workers and they have been very satisfied with the services he has provided for them as well.
Description of Work: My wife and I wanted to turn one of the properties we owned into a rental property. Before we could do that the unit required touch up painting on the interior, pressure washing on the outside and various other small jobs (replaced screens in several of the window, pressure washing the deck, cleaning out the gutters, installing vinyl flooring in one of the small bathrooms, etc.).
