They did a great job of figuring out how to add the heat pump and get the ducting to the rooms on the second floor so that it could be heated and cooled efficiently. I appreciated the fact that I could talk through options with them so that there were not any surprises for where holes were cut and vents were added. We are happy with both of the new units and they did a great job of heating our home through the winter.

We recently sold our old place and purchased a new one....we needed our old HVAC system repaired and also the new HVAC system inspected. They were very responsive/flexible in handling both for us in an expedited fashion, exactly what we needed. We felt well take care of and will use them again for any HVAC needs that arise at our new place. I'd also recommend their company given the opportunity. I forget the actual cost but my recollection it was very reasonable...they gave me an approximate cost over the phone and I recall the actual amount was spot on (no surprises).

Larry Cheeseman, the owner, is very responsive. He answered his cell phone every time I called. He offered us a VERY competitive price for the materials and labor provided. Our work was performed by Larry's technician James. James is very very knowledgeable, and works very quickly and efficiently. We were very impressed with James's knowledge, Larry's professionalism and responsiveness, and the quality of work that was done. Larry actually took over this repair project from another HVAC company that did not impress us, and we are actually glad we were forced to find another HVAC company. The time between first calling Larry and having a completed full replacement of heat pump and air handler (a big project) was less than a week. And part of the delay was actually on our part in needing time to make a decision. I believe Larry could have completed the project even quicker had it not been for our delay. We couldn't be happier with our experience and will confidently refer Cheeseman Heating and Air to our friends.
