 + -1 moreThe work was fine, but ten days after the service, the drain no longer worked and the bathroom flooded. We had to get a plumber to come in to clean the drains. When he pulled out the clog, it was of a sand consistency but white. In other words it was the mortar that Case Tile dropped down the drain. When I called Mr. Case about the plumber having to come out, Mr. Case said "It could not have been his problem because he never drops mortar down the drain" and then refused to pay me any money towards the plumbers bill.
Description of Work: The replaced the shower pan in the master bedroom.
