I felt funny from the very beginning. I called in the late afternoon. I called back the next day to find out if they had an estimated time that they would be here. He told me he would be there between 2 and 4:30 p.m. Then they called me back at 3:45 and told me that they were on their way and I gave them directions. It was almost 5 p.m. and they still weren't here. Then they called and told me they couldn't find my house. I then went out to my drive and tried to look for them and they still could not find me. They told me that it would cost $450 to do the job. I then said I wanted to think about it. Then they said they wanted $45 for the trip and I said "give me a bill", but they said they didn't have a bill. Then they got aggressive and threatening.
