My hot water heater went out in the middle of the night. Brian explained to me how to turn off the water and was there in 30mins to fix it for me. I was worried about being charged a lot for middle of the night. No, not at all!! He is extremely professional and will use him again, and I have!

I had a problem with my toilet making loud noises. Oliver and his co-worker were very professional and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Today was the second time in two months that we’ve had to have a plumber out for a somewhat emergent situation. In both instances, they made sure to get to us by the end of the day and had our water back on Within hours of calling. The guys that worked on our property were extremely nice and helpful, the service was fast and price was fair. I will always recommend these guys For any plumbing needs in Concord. Thank you!

First,he is not licensed or insured.Found out too late.Water heater will not pass inspection and is leaking water through vent when it rains.Has caused damage to some duct work and insulation under home.I've tried for 8 months to get him to fix to no avail.The city of Concord have got involved ( which is how I found out he not licensed).Now he saying he is a handyman.Beware of hiring unlicensed workers.Again,HE IS NOT LICENSED!!

We had a leak in the pipe taking water from our water heater. I called to see if they could send someone out today to turn off the water coming into the tank since I could not get the shut-off valve to budge. Oliver and Rocky arrived in less than an hour. They did more than I expected, changing out the pipe to fix the leak. They did not try to upsell me on anything. They were very polite and professional.

We continually use Brian for all of our plumbing needs. Most recently he has replaced our water heater as well as a garbage disposal. Great local guy with excellent customer service!
