I met with Beth yesterday morning and I am extremely impressed. We spent several minutes getting to know each other and she had several questions regarding my new business. Beth was great! After talking about my needs on the phone with the receptionist and making an appointment, Beth provided instructions about the documentation she needed from me to prepare an estimate for my 2013 tax burden. Gina set me up with an account to upload my files to their secure portal. When I came to my appointment, Beth had thoroughly reviewed all of my information, and we had a very informed conversation about my options and additional paperwork I needed to provide. I uploaded the additional information after my appointment, and Beth provided my tax coupon and instructions for payment very quickly.

Beth does an excellent job with our taxes each year by ensuring she has in-depth knowledge of our finances. This enables her to ask additional questions or advise us on options. Everything is provided electronically through a secure portal. She always keeps us updated on progress and completes the work on time.
Beth checks our  tax withholdings mid year and lets us know if any adjustments are needed. This can get complicated for us due to my work as a consultant.
She also works with our financial advisor to help with decisions related to taxes.
We initially found Beth through Dave Ramsey's endorsed local provider program. This endorsement requires that she complete additional training and maintains a high level of customer service.  I've definitely seen this demonstrated through Beth's work. I finally feel that I'm working with a professional that I can trust to pro-actively recommend changes as well as complete work accurately and on time.
