Great. The tech arrived in time and was quickly at work. Finished in about 15 - 20 minutes, was clean, professional and knowledgeable. Thanked me for my business and even offered to put in on a 'call list' to remind me next year when the test is required again.

I received my annual notice from CharMeck Utilities indicating I needed to have my backflow preventer tested, which was accompanied by a list of approved companies. I checked for those on Angie's List and found Best Rate Back Flow. I left a message, received a call back within minutes and was able to schedule the service within a week. The owner was very friendly and professional.
After the work was done, I received an invoice along with a copy of the report itself, which they filed with CharMeck Utilities.
