Service technician arrived on time and it was determined heating element needed to be replaced on the dryer. Work was completed on the spot as he had what was needed on the truck. He was friendly, professional and fair on pricing. He will be my go to person for any and all appliance repairs.

Mr. Barbee was the most courteous, honest, and pleasant businessman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He came same day within 30 minutes and knew what the problem was in 5 minutes. He knew the history of problems and previous recalls on the device. He fixed the problem quickly and shared suggestions to help make the refrigerator more efficient. I give him a whole hearted endorsement. He saved us from spending $2,000 for a new one.
