Thinking of buying a radiant pool? DO NOT buy from here! After taking our $17k for a pool, installation was a complete disaster. Pool lasted 4 days before all the water leaked to a faulty liner. (Allegedly) 2nd liner installed and it lasted 4 months before it started leaking again. Good luck trying to get them to correct their mistakes. Manager Brandon does not call back, email or respond. Don’t let the google reviews fool you, they have a sign posted in showroom. “ $50.00 store credit for a google positive review. Buyers beware!

We had great people the sale was easy. They promised it would be one of the first one put in and they called soon after. The grating people were awesome they had a tight squeeze and they were determined to get it done. I so appreciate that. When the installer came a few days later they too were awesome. They came did what needed to be done and chatted and looks amazing. Thanks you all Lisab

I'm so happy to hear others have gotten good service. We ordered a pool close to two years ago. We did get it earlier this year, and we understood that there were delays due to COVID. However, we STILL do not have the cover to the pool. My husband has been in touch with Brandon repeatedly (my husband has to call; Brandon generally does not)...and we get told yes, it's unacceptable that we don't have it, yes, he'll follow up and see... that's what we hear every time. Every.single.time. My favorite is when my husband calls and gets told that "Brandon is with a customer now, he will call you back". I can say with confidence that 90 percent of the time, Brandon does not call back. Two years, still no cover....... update on 9/3: My husband called Brandon again today (why does my husband have to call each time??) and allegedly the pool cover is coming from Canada and will be here in a week. I'm not holding my breath, but if it happens, I will amend this review.

.  It  went horribly.  They still refuse to come out, there are still creases and lines in our pool.  We are just average working people and this is a lot of money to spend on something that's not properly We don't want something for nothing, we just want what we paid for and for it to be done correctly.  The same thing happened to our neighbor.  She bought a pool from them around the same time and she has major problems with hers also.  *****BUYER BEWARE*******
