Babe was referred to by a friend. I left a message for him on Saturday, he responded on Sunday and called me Monday morning. He told me he will try to get to me on Monday but he had a large project not sure if he would be able to come. He contacted me on Tuesday and asked if I was available on Tuesday 0404. He came over with an assistant and they changed hose bibb. Then I had another issue in my kitchen water was leaking from the grout onto my countertop and I went upstairs to my bathroom to make sure the value was turned off at my toilet. There was little water under the value so I shut it off until he came on Tuesday the 4th. They looked at the value there was a part of the value steam that needed to be tightened. He took my bathtub faucet off because he did not like the way it was sitting. He reset the faucet. he did not charge for what needed to be done in my extra bathroom. He is professional he is polite and so is his assistant. He is a master plumber and he is the 3rd generation plumber in his family!

It went better than expected. I had to call him at the last minute and to my surprise he was able to get to me within 10 min.!!! I didn't expect he would be able to fit into my small time frame. Ten he got to my house and went straight to work. He was finished in a timely manner and did satisfactory work. I've heard good things from others about his work as well, that's why I called him.

You have to make sure that he does what he said he is going to do. He had to fill a hole in my yard and he did not. I wanted him to put down grass seed and straw and he said that he put down the grass seed but did not put any straw on top because he said he could not find it. He wants his money upfront.

He was courteous and caring on the phone, kept me apprised of his timing, and showed up when he said he would. Completed the job, cleaned up.

Babe Hefner responded to my call quickly and came with his partner on time to do the job. He was very professional and courteous, and explained to me in detail how he planned to do the job. We also agreed to the price up front and the job was done on time to my satisfaction. The best part is that I needed a follow-up the next day and he stopped by again to answer my questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumbing job done quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable price.

I have recommended him to several people. The owner, Babe, is a very honest person. He is on time and very professional. He is basically willing to help with anything. He will help me even if it is not regarding plumbing. He can help by giving references to people he has dealt with in the past. He does a good job. On the last occasion that I interacted with him, it was not regarding plumbing. My refrigerator and washer gave up at the same time. He referred me to a gentleman who had done some work for him. He happened to be retired from an appliance company after having worked for many years in their service department. He had worked on the same products which I had. So it was perfect. I also had them install a garbage disposal unit for the same price. He had corrected a couple of plumbing problems. I will use him in the future.

Prompt, professional - excellent work. I will (and do) call Babe whenever I have a plumbing problem.

Very well. Babe came by fairly promptly and immediately got two pumps working to clean out the water. It was raining the whole time. Wet and muddy and cold. He stuck with it, got through to the problem, cleaned up his mess and left on for the next call. He even gave me suggestions for an electrician to solve the problems created by the flooding.

This was a great experience. Babe was prompt, knowledge and kept us laughing. I was able to complete the job a few hours after I called him. Thanks Babe!

WHEN I CALLED BABE HEFNER PLUMBING THE OWNER WAS VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAD SOMEONE AT MY HOME VERY RAPIDLY TO FIX THE HOT WATER PROBLEM. DOC DID THE REPAIRS AND HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. HE EXPLAINED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND WAS ABLE TO FIX IT QUICKLY. I HAVE RECOMMENDED DOC AND BABE HEFNER PLUMBING TO MY NEIGHBORS.

THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME WE USED THIS COMPANY. THE FIRST TIME THEY TRIED TO REPAIR THE DRAIN. IT BROKE AGAIN SO THIS TIME THEY REPLACED IT WITH A NEW DRAIN SYSTEM. WE HAD TO ASK THEM TO FIX THE SEAL OF THE NEW KNOB. WE HAD TO ORDER THE SYSTEM. THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO ONE STORE AND WHEN I DID, THEY TOLD ME ONLY CONTRACTORS COULD BUY THERE - A LITTLE ANNOYED. MY HUSBAND WENT TO THE SECOND STORE AND TOLD THEM OUR CHOICE. THEY WERE TO CONFIRM WITH THE COMPANY. SOMEHOW COMMUNICATIONS WERE CROSSED AND IT WAS NEVER ORDERED. WE HAD TO FOLLOW UP TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED. MANY WEEKS LATER, THEY CAME. AFTERWARDS, THERE WAS A GAP AND THEY TOLD US TO FILL IT WITH CAULK. WE TOLD THEM WE WANTED THE FACE PLATE TO COVER THE HOLE AND THEY DID. OTHER THAN THAT, THEY WERE HELPFUL.

VERY NICE AND EFFICIENT. COMPLETED WORK IN 1/2 HOUR. ANSWERED QUESTIONS TO OTHER PLUMBING QUESTIONS I HAD. HAD SERVICE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF MY CALL, WHICH WAS A NON EMERGENCY. I WISH I HAD A BETTER TIME FRAME OF WHEN THEY WERE COMING (AGREED IT WOULD BE AFTERNOON AND THEY CALLED AT 2:30, ARRIVED AT 3:30). I WAS SURPRISED THAT I WAS CHARGED A TRAVEL FEE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF I WERE NOT CHARGED A TRAVEL FEE (WHICH COST ME AN EXTRA $75).

HE WAS GOOD AND PROMPT AND I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT HIS WORK AT ALL.

BABE DID OUR QUOTE, BUT ANOTHER MAN DID THE WORK. THE WORKER WAS RUDE. FOR EXAMPLE, HE DID NOT RESPECT MY REQUEST TO USE THE BACK DOOR WHILE MY BABY NAPPED (ACTUALLY CLOSER THAN THE FRONT DOOR TO MY FIREPLACE) AND WHEN I WAS ON THE PHONE IN THE SAME ROOM WITH HIM HE ACTUALLY WHISTLED AT ME TO GET MY ATTENTION. I AM VERY LAID BACK, BUT HE WAS OVER THE LINE.

THE PRICES WERE IN-LINE WITH TWO OTHER ESTIMATES THAT I HAD RECEIVED. IF HE WAS RUNNING LATE, HE WOULD CALL AND LET ME KNOW, BUT HE WAS USUALLY LATE FOR THE RESCHEDULED LATER TIME. FOR EXAMPLE, TWICE HE SAID HE'D BE AT MY HOUSE AT 8 AM, BUT THEN HE'D CALL AND SAY 9 OR 10, AND NOT SHOW UP UNTIL 11:30-ISH. HE WAS VERY OPEN WITH IDEAS AND COMMENTS AND VERY FLEXIBLE. REPLACING THE DRAIN AND VALVE WAS SOMETHING I ASKED HIM TO DO ''WHILE HE WAS THERE'' AND HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS ADJUSTING HIS WORKLOAD/SCHEDULE.

WHEN I HAD A MINOR PROBLEM THEY WERE RESPONSIVE BY PROVIDING SAME DAY SERVICE. THEY JUST DID A MINOR ADJUSTMENT. THEIR PRICES WERE LESS THAN THREE OTHER ESTIMATES.
