Eric was an absolute pleasure to work with. He impressed me with his courtesy, expertise and professionalism. He emailed me with a detailed list of the items that he was going to inspect and maintain in my heat pump and attic unit. He also called to let me know that he was going to be a little late. He educated me about how a heat pump works. He took pictures of everything he did and showed me the various components of the system. He pointed to some mold accumulating in the attic unit which he sprayed in order to kill. He suggested that I have an ultraviolet light installed to kill any mold spores, which I agreed to (he also showed me a picture of a customer's installation of one). He pointed out some dust in the attic unit and suggested I have a filter installed which would stop any dust and allergens reaching the ducts, to which I also agreed. This removes the need to have any ceiling filters. The annual maintenance contract I signed saves on labor and parts costs.

Eric has done maintenance on my a/c several times and has always delivered quality service.
