We accept as payment cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Care credit. Appointments requested. Emergencies seen on demand as required. Boarding limited to established patients, cats and dogs. Payment required at time of services rendered. Hours 7:30am-6pm M-F, 8am-12noon Saturday. Closed Sunday. Boarding pickup only on Sunday 5pm-6pm.

This place has gone so down hill that I am no longer a client due to poor service, which is a shame because it used to be a great place. The staff answering the phones are very ignorant. They give you the wrong information and are often very rude. I took my cat for a wellness visit and they missed a health issue that caused my pet great pain and discomfort (and I am lucky that is all). The doctor's due all they can to unnecessarily increase your bill with unnecessary items or services. Especially the male doctor who is a total jerk and made me feel like he was just rushing me out of the door and did not care about me or my pet's needs. Very upsetting. :(

I take my cats to them. They are absolutely professional and very, very caring. They do have the drop off service. You can drop them off, and you can drop them off the night before. Since they have multi animals, it's difficult to have one not to eat after nine o'clock just in case they have to put them to sleep for any reason so the drop off service is really nice. I think it cost $120 for everything and all things considered,  it was very reasonable. They're just a really good group. I'll absolutely use them again. In fact, I go there every other month.

I've been using them for about 20 years. One of the main vet that they have there is Melanie Moore. She is good at what she does. I found her very compatible in taking care of my pets and this works with me.
