Fabulous, couldn't have been better! Lee was a great broker to work with - he was diligent, responsive, and very thorough with my transaction, even though there were issues on the seller's side. He made the entire experience and transaction very efficient, and communication was great! I highly recommend Lee with Allen Tate - his attention to detail, and follow-through exceeded my expectations, and he was on my side 100 percent, through suggesting assistance with getting a mortgage loan, inspectors, and after-purchase help with some remodeling. His knowledge of the area helped me narrow down a host of options, many were not the right homes for me, At the end, I ended up with a good home in a great neighborhood, at the right time.
