+ -1 moreEarly in the process I called Chris to inquire about a garage door opener installation. He was always very pleasant to speak with as well as patient. He explained quite a few things to me. However, he never tried to push me into making a decision one way or another. We decided to have a friend of a friend install the garage door opener we purchased from a home improvement store because it would have saved us some money. However, when the person did not show up I called Chris and he agreed to come out the next morning. We decided to go with his equipment because of the industrial book and the fact he would match all of the items. He came on time and was very nice and professional.
Description of Work: Chris provided and installed a Belt Drive Lift-master garage door opener. He matched the items that would have come in the similar Chamberlain opener that we were purchasing from a home improvement store. He provided safety eyes, 2 remotes, a keypad, and a wireless remote light. The installation and service call price were all included. He also used an industrial boon to install which is sturdier than what would come in the box. We have a lifetime warranty on the belt and motor. And if we have any problems he said we can call him back.
