A Styled Pooch

They got me in quickly, and told me the dog would be about 1 hour and I had a time slot. When I got there they were packed, running late and had very little time to talk about what I was looking for for my pet. They could see she didn't have the same 1/2 cut all over her body - she has a styled cut. However, when I got her back almost 3 1/2 hours later, she had a 1/2 clip all over her body. Disappointed, thought by their name I was getting more than a clip.

The service was great. I have been going to them for a while. They do a great job, and they are reasonably priced. They do great work.

Selected groomer based on website. States and quot; We Treat Your Pet Like if they were our very own.and quot; Owner called another dog that wandered out to reception area and quot;uglyand quot; and told it to and quot;go to the backand quot;. Said she trains the rest of the staff - wasn't sure who was going to be grooming my dog. Grooming service did not meet my expectations, our dog was clean which was nice, but no potty patch, paws not cleanly trimmed between paws.

We were so pleased when we left. Our dogs were groomed just to our satisfaction. She was even finished grooming them a little bit before the time when she called and said they were ready. I couldn't have asked for anything better. They just did an excellent job of grooming them. I will use them again in another month.

The ladies at A Styled Pooch are always so personable when I drop off my dog. They always greet her by name. Their prices are
less than the big chain stores and I believe the quality is better. They stay fairly busy so I usually need to book at least a week in advance. I believe this is a testament to their popularity. They usually give a discount to new customers. Thanks to Debra and all the ladies for the great customer and pup-stomer service!

She does a great job. She really cares about the animals and is very concientuous. They smell good, are clean, and their hair is fluffy. They are always in good spirits when there. She is reasonably priced and has an excellent location with ample parking. I would highly recommend her.

The owner and her staff are wonderful. They asked how I wanted our Schnauzer cut and did an excellent job.

We visited yesterday for the first time. I was extremely pleased with both the customer service and the grooming. My little Havanese looks gorgeous!

Matisse is 13 years old with a back problem. Debby was able to groom him without any problems. He looked lovely when he came out and not at all upset or nervous. It is so nice to have a groomer that you can trust with a loved one.

They had an available appointment and it was easy to schedule. They offered a first time customer discount and they were very timely. And because they stocked up, they have got to reschedule for that. My dog got in by 9:30 a.m.and she was done by 12:30 p.m.. And sometimes, a groomer will trim the dog a whole day and I think the groomer's name was Jennifer and she did a great job. They are easy to schedule and listen to what I wanted to have done. And the dog has the same stunts even what they asked for, and they seem to be very caring and gentle with my pet. .

Debby does an amazing job and oversees the work of the other groomers to make sure every visit is terrific. We have used A Styled Pooch 3 times now...they have become our regular grooming service.

He looked great and never seems to be upset and nervous going to be groomed.

At first glance the cut looked great. Later that day I took my dog (baby) for a walk and his paw begins to bleed. I realize that they've cut the nail down too far and cut the quick, no one said a word to me when I picked him up. This is the second groomer to do that to my dog.
The next day I notice that the top of his forehead is really pink. Upon closer inspection, it's clear that the hair on this forehead was cut way too close to the skin and later that begins to bleed as well and forms a sore and scab as it heals over the next week. I have never had a groomer do this to my dog.
I mentioned it at my vet's office and they said it was razor burn. I was really unhappy that my dog was not taken care of while he was in their care. I hate to give anyone a bad review, which is why it's taken me so long to type this one up but I cannot in good faith give this groomer anything higher than a D for the services that I received. I will not take my dog back there.

We've used A Styled Pooch twice now and both times our Bichon/Shih Tzu has come home looking great. We've been very pleased that we don't have to book far in advance, and the staff is always welcoming.

For some time now, I have been using this firm for grooming services on both of my cocker spaniels. Both of them are rescue dogs and have been victimized and abused in their past; thus, they both have trust issues with humans. For both of them, Debbie has always been extremely gentle, kind, and caring. The older one (15 years and counting) is also blind and deaf. Debbie and her staff did a phenomenal job in caring for her. There was no evident trauma or concern from her visit; she received exceptional treatment and returned home happy and in good spirits (and definitely much cleaner and well-groomed). The professionalism and caring of the staff has been evident in all of my visits -- and they are, indeed, highly skilled in caring for and grooming the dogs. I would highly recommend this firm for all of your grooming needs.

Overall, the experience was great. They were able to offer me a same-day appointment, but it didin't work for me, so I was able to schedule it a few days later. They were able to get the service done completely within an hour at my reques; the approximate cost included an extra charge, since I asked to have the service done quicker.

We take our two miniature poodles to be groomed whenever they need it, and have always found a time that they can be worked in. Our male can be grumpy when his nails are clipped and they have always done a good job anyway! We wouldn't think of taking them to anyone else and have been using Debbi for years! She earns every penny of the tips we leave when we pick them up!

Great service, beautiful cut. After 6 yrs with Debbie I would recommend her to anyone!

When we got there, there were two girls and a woman in the back. The woman came out to ask how we wanted the dogs clipped. Meanwhile the girls in the back kept on chatting while a small dog on the table was yelping and straining against the leash. Neither girl took the time to calm the dog. This continued the entire time we were there.

Excellent job :) my dog came home clean and with a lot less of a shedding problem. Love the staff!
