This is a one-man operation so if you do not have an emergency expect to wait for service. David Searcy responded the day of our call (8/23/13) and verified that we could use the refrigerator portion if we were careful to keep the freezer drawer closed and then came back for the final repair on 9/3/13. Sears told us that we would have to wait until 8/29/13 before they could even look at our unit so our total repair interval allowing for Labor Day weekend was about the same but we quickly had the assurance that we did not have an emergency.
Mr. Searcy also gave us some suggestions on how best to keep this problem from reoccurring.

He reconnected the bake element correctly and the oven works great now. He was very nice and friendly and quickly got the job done.

His prices are great. He really cares about his customers and we are totally satisfied with his work. He is very prompt, always is here when he says he is going to be here. He takes the time and does an excellent job.

Very responsive, easy to schedule appointment, showed up on time and made repairs to my satisfaction. Always did a great job, took his time to make sure job was done properly, tested appliance before leaving, never left a mess behind. Not many appliance repairmen like this anymore. Highly recommend.
