The work performed was the replacement of the clutch and the replacement of a windshield wiper motor for a Subaru Outback. Both the diagnosis and the work were efficient and the cost was in line with expectations. After a year on the road, the repairs remain effective.

They are great. My son just needed two tires on his car and the guy that he usually goes to was really busy. I explained to the guy that my son was going to sell his car and that we didn't want anything too elaborate. We got the two new safe tires that we needed. He gave me a price quote and I came home and told my son. My son liked the quote and we took the car in the next day to get the tires. Everything went great. He is very reasonably priced It is a real small place. He is a real nice guy and does good work.

I've used Professional Auto several times (more than 4) and have been very pleased each time. They do ask that appts be made to make sure they have someone available to do the work and I think that's quite reasonable. Saves me from dropping off the car and wondering when anyone will get to it. They always call me with an estimate for the repair, take the time to explain what they have (or have not) found. The car is always ready when they promise it. The mechanics are polite, friendly and responsive to my needs.
