Price Services promptly provided recommendations, an estimate and then subsequently completed the install well within my requested complete date. The entire team was very courteous and professional. High quality craftsmanship. I highly recommend Price Services.

I called late in the afternoon and was told they were booked the next day but would try to fit me in. The next day about 2:30 pm Mike called and said he'd be here about 4. He arrived right on time. He was able to find the problem and repair it in no time. This is my second time using Price Services. I am very happy with them and so thankful that they are here. Everyone I have dealt with has been very pleasant, professional, and helpful.

Bruce was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable.  He was very professional.  His appearance and hygiene great.  Have had, in the recent past, some service providers who arrive looking as though they had just rolled out of bed and in the clothes they slept in.  Bruce was very conscientious about tracking in dirt and offered to clean up after himself.  He did a great job.  Highly recommend this company based on the service Bruce provided.

I am very happy I found Price Services.  The furnace had stopped working.  I had called another service provider the week before who got it working temporarily;  then it stopped working again.  I called Price late in the afternoon.  They asked whether I had an alternate source of heat, which I did, before scheduling someone to come out the next morning.  Next day the technician was here by 9 o'clock.  He got it running in a short time. 
He told me I may need a new (transformer?) and he would source one and let me know how much it would cost if I wanted to have it replaced, although he said the current one may last several more seasons.  He advised me that I did not need a new furnace, that the one I have is worth putting some money into to repair, which I was grateful for, as most things are not made as well as they used to be and I do not want to spend my money on something that is not quality.  The furnace is US made and many are not any more.  He seemed very knowledgeable, explaining the problem clearly, and charged me significantly less than the previous service provider who had not found the real problem. 
They called me to see whether I was happy with the technician and service and whether the furnace was still running, and told me the price of the part he'd recommended and the cost to put it in.  When I chose not to have the part replaced right away, they said they would put it in my record so they would know the part if I had a problem in the future.  I should have called them the first time as they would have saved me a good bit of money;  it has been three weeks since they serviced the furnace and it continues to work perfectly.  Extremely professional and pleasant, I will hire them again if I ever need heating and air services, and would highly recommend them.

Professionalism is top notch, with excellent communication when explaining the issue, why its an issue, and the proper way to address the issue of why the HVAC was not properly working. Once a diagnosis was confirmed, he made a temporary fix so that I could have AC until the new part arrived. Once the part arrived, the system was fixed promptly. The time between the initial service call and scheduled appointment was minimal, which meant less time without AC. I would definitely recommend using Price Services heating and air for all your HVAC needs-either repair, routine maintenance, or a new installation of a HVAC system.
