They were professional over the phone, but I was disappointed they wouldn't even come look at my house to see if they could find anything.  I ended up having to call many providers in order to get someone to even come out, and we ended up getting the house treated for fleas by another company.  Apparently if a pest control company even thinks it's bed bugs they won't touch the job with a 10 foot pole.  I feel they should've been willing to inspect the house before making that judgement.  But I'd rather them not want the job than to take on a job they aren't suited to perform.  

I used them for a number of years and I stopped using the service and I don’t remember the reason for it.  They have been here only once since this year.  They come quarterly to spray in general for bugs outside.  I also had them spray for stink bugs outside. I started having problems with that.  It is one of those sporadic things that you don’t use too much. I never had a problem and they seem responsive if you need them on short notice.  They don’t jump at it but they seem to be very accommodating and seem like nice people.  Their pricing is good and I don’t have a lot to compare it with.  It is hard for me to comment on their price. Whatever was the price it didn’t seem excessive for me.  The service was effective and I don’t have any stink bugs.  Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism are good. I have a contract with them.

I pay a lump some for four visits per year. I think that they are polite, courteous, and respectful of my home because they wear booties in my house. They also show up on time and they do a good job.

THIS COMPANY RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO MY REQUEST AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE EXTERMINATOR WAS VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH REGARD TO MY PROBLEMS AND HOW TO PREVENT FUTURE OCCURRENCES. THE WARRANTY WAS GOOD FOR ONE YEAR, AND JUST BEFORE IT EXPIRED THE CARPENTER ANTS CAME BACK AND THE WARRANTY WAS HONORED 100 PERCENT. THE EXTERMINATOR WENT THROUGH THE ENTIRE HOUSE SPRAYING AGAIN. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO OTHERS.
