"[Member Name Removed], We sincerely apologize for your inconvenience. We strive to provide wonderful customer service and knowledge of product second to none in the industry. Home improvement superstores would never know what to sell you or how the products worked, but they will unfortunately happily take your money without providing you proper guidance and advice for your water feature. The reason we do not accept returns on these types of items is that it's custom cut to length. We cannot put the 10 ft. back on the roll and re-use it. No retailers, including Lowe's and Home Depot, allow returns of custom cut products which is found on their return/exchange policies (for example: custom cut wire, tubing, carpet, lumber or mixed paint). We will make sure we have proper signage viewable next time to explain this policy. We always want a satisfied customer and would never want something so small in the case of a $10 difference to be a problem. Please return the item and we will exchange it for a custom cut 15' length. Please accept our apologies as obviously the issue was not handled satisfactorily by staff. Upon your visit, please ask to speak with Tony, our store manager, who can further assist you with your return."
