+ -1 moreMore recently, I discovered another leak and called to get it repaired about three months ago. I called him since his company did the original roof about 8 years ago, and I thought he would know which shingles to use for the repair. I've been promised that he would call back to set up a time to inspect/ repair, and it doesn't happen. This week, he promised to come on one of two days, so I made sure I was home. He didn't show. Finally, he said he would come this morning, so I missed a scheduled class to be here. It is after noon, and he has still not come. If he doesn't want, or doesn't need to do the job, I could accept that answer. I even suggested that in one message I left on his answering machine that he didn't want to do the work, he could tell me that and I'll look for another company.
Description of Work: This company did a previous repair for my roof after a tree fell on it during an ice storm causing a few small holes and leaks, and the response and the repair was satisfactory. This was a few years ago. The company had installed the original roof on our home, so I called this company since they would be familiar with the shingles on the house. The price listed is for the earlier repair. My problem is with getting a response in 2009-2010. The date of the first repair, which is not germane to my current issue, is just a guess as I can't find the record.
