Honest Plumber & Fast Response. I found water leak from water meter to my home, After talking to Mr. Johns and texting him pictures, he informed me that the previous Plumber (Cole's Plumbing) had used incorrect material that was not supposed to be used underground, to repair a past leak. He obtained the right material to fix the leak and installed it at a reasonable price (Total pice lower than all the other Plumber's I had checked with).

The best service so far. I had problems with the heating system. I called Jhon Plumbing Hearing and Air, Inc. Tory, the technician, showed up (on time). He explained what he was doing step by step. In just a few minutes he knew exactly what the problem was. He ordered the part that was broken and the next day he showed up (on time) and installed it.

Everyone from the person who serviced my old unit, to the sales person giving me an estimate for the new, to the installers of the new unit were polite, knowledgeable and were prepared to wear face masks while in the house. They had great knowledge of the systems, talked through several recommendations and the purchase & installation of the system was smooth and seamless. Will absolutely be using them again.

I needed a bathtub system/new plumbing install and found this company through an online search (which resulted in great ratings), and Thank God I did. During the initial * free* consultation, I met with Daniel, who was very courteous, honest, and thorough in his assessment along with being patient with all my concerns. He gave me a quote for materials and labor that I could not refuse---saved so much money as compared to other companies---that I hired the company on the spot. In addition, he was able to schedule the job in a timely manner---within a week (very impressive). When his team, Mike and James, arrived to perform the install, they were prompt, professional, courteous, highly knowledgeable and hard-working from start to finish. The install went very smoothly, and they did not mind me asking questions along the way. They even did a 24-hour water test to ensure there were no water leaks. I am writing this review on the day the install was completed which took only one day to install and the next day to verify the success of the installation. So far, this has been one of the best companies I have ever encountered. I would definitely---highly---recommend their plumbing services. I wish I could give 10 stars! God bless!
