Deep River Closet Designs

We had received a bid from another closet company, but were not impressed with the design. We contacted John Runyan of Deep River Closet Design after finding him from a Google map search. John called me back quickly. I told him what I was looking for - we had a very odd closet space and needed someone to design a new one with our requirements in mind. John made an appointment with us to review the closet and agreed it would be challenging, but he said he would provide a computer design within a week. He got back to us when he said he would and presented a design that demonstrated he is a great listener and designer. The design was perfect. He provided us with several choices of colors, materials and hardware. He ordered the material, and identified a date for installation. He and his crew showed up on time and were very professional and cleaned up after installation. This end result is quite amazing and we are very happy with the workmanship.

The wire shelving on one side of a walk in closet recently collapsed. There was a home show in Greensboro that weekend so we decided to look for a solution. We saw Deep River Closets at the home show. The owner John Runyan was professional and recommended a solution. Subsequently we invited John to give us a quote. At our house John designed a closet shelving system using a design program on his computer. It was nice to be able to change dimensions & shelving locations using the design program. We gave John an order for a closet once we settled on the design & price. The day of the installation John showed up on time. It took about a half day to install. John cleaned up everything after the installation. We've had the new closet system a few days now and really like it. The new shelves are higher up than we had on the wire system. It's easier now to retrieve shoes and other items that had been difficult to reach. Overall we are pleased with Deep River Closets and would definitely recommend them.
