Price was ridiculous. Got another quote without garage door and deck for $1500. Thought the price would be much cheaper then $1500. Did not ask the vendor to quote baseboards whether they didn't look professional to them or not. Would suggest only use for garage doors or be prepared to be price gouged.

The job was performed by a consummate professional and I was very pleased. The Torsion spring on my garage door failed and it would not open or close. Replaced Garage Door Parts - Wayne Dalton Single Spring Torsion Conversion with up to (250 Wire size) Torsion tube, End Plates, drums, Center Bracket, Center Bearing, Cables, and Spring. I received a senior citizen discount and an itemized statement of all the individual parts being utilized before work began. The cost estimate ended up being the price I paid. No overcharges. I thought the price was very competitive in comparison to others I contacted. Terry is a very efficient individual and his honesty and integrity were on display. I was impressed with his work ethic and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. He'll be my "go-to guy" in the future for handy-man and garage door issues. In a word, I'm a difficult customer to deal with and satisfy. I can readily attest to Terry's honesty and character as I am 100% satisfied with the level of effort and the obvious transparency that I received. I fully endorse TNT for your garage door repair needs.

I needed to repair some things in my Mother in Laws house who lives in Fayetteville, NC. Not knowing anyone there i consulted Angie's list and discovered TNT Garage Door Services who also performs handyman work. The guys showed up on time and were very good at what they did for me. I/we repaired multiple outlets, switches, installed security lights, several light fixtures, repaired a faucet and painted a bay window. I find them to be fair, competent and responsive. What more can you want. Hire them if you need work in their service area.

I had a fantastic experience with TNT Garage Doors! I placed a request for a garage door repair company on Home Advisor, which I had never used before. TNT Garage Doors contacted me almost immediately by phone and set up an appointment to come out and give an estimate. Not only was the woman who scheduled my appointment friendly, but she took the time to listen to me describe the problem so that the gentleman would possibly be able to fix the problem the same day he gave the estimate. When the day of my appointment arrived, the gentleman called to let me know his estimated arrival time. He was friendly, professional and took time to explain the problem to me and answer all of my questions. He was even willing to speak with my property management company on the phone to explain the issue and what work needed to be done. I will gladly recommend this company to any of my friends for their fantastic customer service and quality work!

The company did an amazing job. He was polite courteous and knowledgeable. He had all the supplies on his trucka nd was able to fix the job on the spot. Every other place we contaacted to do the job wanted 3 to $400 more then them for the EXACT same job. He explained to us how to maintain the work we had just gotten done. I was extremely happy.

I cannot recommend Terry and his team enough. They have been my reliable 'go to' for home renovations and garage door services needed on the properties I have bought and sold. Went well (actually faster than I expected). He was polite, efficient, and willing to answer questions without hesitation, showing me how I could still open the door in an emergency/power outage (and I didn't know that so it was excellent information). I was pleased with the entire experience. No hesitation to recommend.

The TNT team went above and beyond, were professional, and I feel provided services for a reasonable rate. We had some birds nesting that required for them to work around the nest. The TNT team respected my wishes and worked around that nest. I know that my request delayed them, but they didn't say a thing. We will definitely call on them again.

Terry was very responsive, arriving at my home in just over an hour of my call to the TNT Garage Door Services office. TNT's service includes a comprehensive check, which discovered worn rollers, bad cables, and a bad hinge. Because they carry parts with them, service was immediate. their prices are fair and they honored their coupon prices. They are very professional. While they did more work then just replace the spring, my garage door is much quieter now, and I'm looking forward to superior longevity with the 2-spring set up TNT installed. Terry had a replacement spring on his truck, which impressed me. He was quick and did the lube and tune up things I couldn't get to because I don't climb on ladders. He definitely knows what he's doing when he's working with garage doors. His price seemed high for the part and amount of time he was here, but I'm not going to chisel an independent guy trying to run his own business. Would use him again.
