James came out within a few days of my call and replaced galvanized pipes that my buyer's insurance company had requested. He changed out and hauled the old pipes off. New (old) house that I was buying had a sewer line issue. Line was under a rock wall and was slowly collapsing. City had to put in a new tap and James and his crew worked with the town, dug a line, and put in and connected a new sewer line to the new tap. They covered the new line up and cleaned up the area. They also covered the new earth with a tarp I provided to prevent wash out.
