If you want quick and accurate communications between the contractor and you, Oliver is who you want to do business with. Oliver and his team were at my home a half hour earlier than I expected, although he called to check if that was okay. They were all business immediately upon arrival. It was obvious that these men have worked together for some time; everyone had a part to play. Oliver had all the men, tools and equipment to make quick order of the task at hand. I view Oliver and his team as professional as any that I have dealt with over the years. What could have taken at least a day was completed in a few hours.

I was very happy Jon was able to schedule my job within a few days since I was very concerned about some dangling branches over the sidewalk and driveway and a large limb on a giant willow oak with a hollow spot. Jon and his crew worked for approx. 3 hours and did everything as discussed during our first meeting. They certainly know what they are doing!!

They were extremely neat, polite, and knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for better service.

They took the tree down section by section, lowering with a rope. The tree climber guy was really unbelievable up so high he probably could see our whole neighborhood!

I left a voice mail at the number provided. I was promptly called back by their Arborist named John. John was great and even agreed to meet me at 6pm on a Friday. He took the time to walk my property and we spoke about options. There was no pressure to cut down every tree we saw and he was clearly an expert. He even identified two trees near my house that some amateur had topped before we bought the house. He explained to me how those topped trees would ultimately die and how the other branches while appearing healthy would actually now be weaker. Now you might think that he was just doing that for money. However, when I showed him a tree that I was convinced needed to come down he actually told me to not to cut it down and that it would be fine. Very honest and greatly appreciated. The field crew showed up on the agreed date and time agreed. The owner, Oliver even came out to do some of the work. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up before leaving. Two of the big oaks were only a few feet from my house and they cut them down with no issues. I would definitely use them again!

We called Oliver late on a Friday afternoon, he returned our call immediately and was there on Monday to meet with us. He was perfectly on time, provided expert tree information, was not pushy or attempting to sell his service. He was quite enjoyable to work with. His crew was on time to do the work, did an excellent job and cleaned everything before leaving. We were 110% satisfied from the first call until the job was finished! Oliver was very prompt in communications and the job was completed within a week of contacting him. The work was done quickly and professionally. Not a single spare twig was left behind! Stump removal was done by another person (who works with Oliver) and that work was also done on the day promised and with excellent results. We would use Absolute Tree Services again!

Quick to provide an estimate, work was scheduled for a few weeks out. They showed up with a full crew and everything went great! All the work was completed to satisfaction and cleanup was excellent!

We are very happy with the service we received. We have a lot of trees and almost all of them needed something. We removed three trees, removed limbs on some others, cut back limbs that were hanging over the roof, and pruned several crepe myrtles. Once we were ready to proceed with the project we had weather delays, but Oliver stayed in touch well enough that we were able to hit a very small window of time when our yard wasn't a swampy mud pit and he could get his equipment back there. Communication is important, and Oliver called me throughout the job to let me know how things were proceeding. It was supposed to be a one day job but it ended up being two days (due to circumstances beyond their control). When I got home after the first day I was a little uneasy about the mess in my yard, but when I got home the second day after they had finished, there wasn't a single twig left behind. One of the areas in which they worked is mostly mud, and they barely left footprints! We ended up paying about half of what another top-rated Angie's List provider quoted us. I can't recommend Absolute Tree Experts highly enough, and my only regret is that we didn't call them a lot sooner. Thanks, Oliver!

They were fine. I would use them again. The guy was very nice and he did as much work as the deal covered. He did the spots that I really needed done the most.

Very knowledgeable about the science of trees and plants, thus making the name of the company absolutely true. I felt better educated about the trees on my property at the end of my estimate meeting. They were very professional and friendly. The work was done timely and they were able to save the trees which was important to me. The cleaned up very well after completing the work and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

It went very well. They were terrific. They did everything that anybody else would do. They gave us a discount for a package deal discount. He was very nice. He might have given me an Angie's List discount. They did a good job. They told me what they were going to do and they did it. They came when they were supposed to come. They were very efficient. They were in and out of here a couple of hours.

I contacted Absolute after I found them on Angie's List, I sent them an email explaining what I wanted to have done. Oliver emailed me back and said it sounded good and would give me a call in a little bit. We set up a time to meet, Oliver was on time and was very patient as I dragged him all around the outside of the house and explained what I wanted done. He had no problems with it and was able to give me a quote on the spot. I agreed to the price and he told me they would be there next week. Oliver called the day before to let me know when they would be there, I didn't even have to be home. I ended up texting Oliver the same morning to ask if it was a problem for what I thought was one tree to be taken out also, but there were 2 hiding back there. He told me no problem gave me a price and I said do it. Through the whole process Oliver kept me informed through text and even sent pictures! How cool is that and who does that? It was what I felt to be a step above and beyond everyday customer service. I will use them for all my tree procedures now. Thank you Oliver and team for helping this first time homeowner get her yard taken care of!

Fantastic experience! Service performed as promised. Clean up was exceptional. We would highly recommend Absolute Tree Experts and will use them again in the future.

They arrived on time with a full crew ready to work. They were very efficient, knowledgable and professional the entire time tat they were here. They cleaned up very well afterward. The entire time spent was 4-5 hrs. The only problem that was encountered was them trying to negotiate a way to the hickory thru my wife's flower garden. There was only one way to go so they did the best that they could. They compensated in the total price for any flower loss and they were very apologetic. All worked out well and I would use them again without question.

After the job was quoted and they were asked to contact me with a date for the job, I had to continue to call them. Finally after two weeks I was able to get someone and was told that they had a broken part and they were expecting it in on the following Wednesday. On Wednesday I called back and was told that the part had not come in and that they now had another broken part. I was told, at that time, that if I had someone else that could do the job then I needed to use them. So I Did!

I purchased two Deals for $99 each. With this I hired Absolute Tree to remove 4 Wax Myrtle Trees in my yard. One had fallen over and they were all overgrown. Absolute Tree removed the trees and hauled it all away. They worked quickly and did a great job cleaning up.

Mr. Fanning responded quickly after I called him. He seemed to be very honest person. He is the nicest arborist I have ever talk to. We discussed fertilization.

I contacted them through Angie's List and Oliver from the service contacted us and came over to give us an estimate. The pricing was reasonable and they were able to do the work the next day. The trees look fine and Oliver explained that they will now bulk-up and grow much taller. They did a great job.

Arrived a few minutes early and were finished 2 hours later as promised. We agreed to leave some of the brush to decompose. Also agreed to cut up the wood into 12" section which I will have split later for firewood. Oliver came to give me an estimate within an hour of my calling and his crew (great guys) performed the work the next morning. Cleaned up as agreed. Best experience I've ever had with a tree company! Friendly and professional.

Absolute Tree Expert's estimate was very reasonable, and Mr. Fanning was courteous and professional. I accepted his estimate, but when I called my neighbor to advise of the tree removal, they advised me they had already made arrangements to remove the tree (it is on the property line). I then called Mr. Fanning to cancel the tree removal, and he was gracious and advised me there would be no charge for his time, trouble, or the estimate. I apologized for wasting his time, but he advised me "no problem" and to let him know if I needed his services. What a great company! I highly recommend Absolute Tree Experts.

Contacted Absolute on a Friday afternoon and received a call within a few hours letting me know that they could come out on Saturday to give me a quote. They showed up Saturday right on time. The trees were removed that Tuesday and the stump was grinded down on Wednesday. This Company has superb customer service! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the representatives on the phone and in person. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. They left my front and back yard immaculate. I will not hesitate to use them again and will be passing their names onto anyone in need of tree removal and/or stump grinding.
